Privacy Policy (Summary)
Universal Software Engineering Inc. (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles personal information obtained through our business activities in accordance with applicable laws and guidelines.
Purposes of Use
We use personal information to provide and improve our products and services, manage contracts and communications, respond to inquiries and document requests, send information and newsletters about our products/services to contacts obtained via document requests or exhibitions (opt-out honored promptly), conduct marketing (research/analysis), carry out recruitment, and manage HR matters.
Provision to Third Parties / Outsourcing
We do not provide personal information to third parties without the individual’s consent, unless permitted by law. We may outsource part of our operations within the scope necessary to achieve the above purposes and supervise such contractors appropriately.
Your Rights (APPI)
Under Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI), individuals may request notification of purposes, disclosure, correction/addition/deletion, and suspension of use/erasure/suspension of third-party provision. We accept such requests by email only: privacy@use-inc.co.jp. We will respond in accordance with our prescribed procedures. Identification may be required, and a fee may apply to disclosure requests.
