Working conditions

  • Salary increase (once a year)

    Salary increase is based on evaluations and assessments that are performed twice a year.

  • Bonus (twice a year)

    Bonuses will be paid based on company performance and personal evaluation.

  • Commuting allowance
    (up to 50,000 yen per month)

    Employees who use public transportation such as trains and buses will be paid up to 50,000 yen a month.

  • Overtime allowance

    When employees work overtime beyond the prescribed working hours set by the company, 100% of the overtime allowance will be paid.

Days off

  • More than 120 days off per year
    (126 days off in 2024)

  • Two days off per week
    (Saturday and Sunday)
    and holidays

    Employees have 5 work days that fall on public holidays.
    If an employee works on a public holiday, a compensatory day off must be taken.

  • “Golden Week” vacation,
    summer vacation,
    year-end and New Year vacation

  • Paid holidays

    Employees will receive 10 days of paid leave in the first year, and after that, the amount paid leave will increase according to the length of service.

  • Company-specific holidays

    There are company-specific days off in the company calendar.

  • Refreshment vacation

    Employees who have been working for more than 5 years will be given a paid leave according to their years of service.

  • Prenatal and postnatal leave

    Employees can take a leave 6 weeks before and 8 weeks after childbirth.

  • Parental leave

    Employees can take a parental leave until their child is 1 year old.
